My husband and I started this Paleo journey back on Jan 18th 2011. At the 6 week mark I had lost 22 lbs and hubby had lost 15 lbs. We followed the protocol as outlined on the whole9 website - the 30 day challenge 3.0 it has been the easiest and at the same time hardest thing I have ever done. The website is VERY clear and it is easy to follow - IF YOU ARE READY for change. There are so many online and book resources out there for those looking for support. I am so thankful for the support and partnership of my husband - without him I'm not sure I could have got past the first week by myself. This is the way we will eat for the rest of our lives. It is not a diet, but a lifestyle change. In my opinion you can't "half" do it either. Give yourself 30 days, follow the 30 day challenge strictly,...the first 2 weeks are hard as your body adjusts, but you HAVE to push past that point. There are SO many beautiful whole foods out there to experiment with. 30 days will change your life as it did ours :-)

  3. I am a new visitor and follower via Tara. I have a severely autistic Grandson. He is 12 and just started walking. I think he is a lot smarter than we give him credit for.
    My husband is trying to lose 50 pounds; I am going to look into your suggestion...you are doing great:)
