Yum! Got a good deal on cornish hens yesterday marked down at Kroger, so into the oven they went - oiled and rubbed with spices. I also added butternut squash, celery, and a beet to the mix along with some low sodium chicken broth. It was a great easy meal last night!
I'm not strictly Paleo as I do beans (soaked and sprouted) and grains (also soaked) every now and again but I was SO happy to see your blog about the very things that I love. The recipes are definitely ones I would follow!! I can even make them organic.
