I love Sundays at our house! We start with a big family breakfast. This week Ed made a yummy egg spinach frittata (I'm not the mushroom fan he is,..) , and we ended with steak, topped with Ed's homemade herb butter, broccoli and salad. Devine!

Hubby says the only thing that would have made dinner better would have been to have saved some of his mushrooms from breakfast and added them on top of his steak :-)

  1. Oh! This looks soooo delicious! What herbs do you add to your homemade herb butter? Do you use dried, fresh oder frozen herbs? Garlic, salt and pepper?
