Interesting texture,....My chef husband tried taking pork loin and dipping it in egg and coconut flour and cooking it the other night. Served with a little dollop of marinara,....It was good, I ate it all,...but the texture was definitely different!
Oh, that would defintaly be a different texture. You better believe I am going to try it :)
